How do I send an Interac e-Transfer?
All you need is access to online banking and our email address.
Your online banking platform will ask you to fill out these 5 fields:
- Recipient name: Your choice; we suggest you use Captain Cash.
- Recipient email: [email protected]
- Transfer amount: The desired payment amount.
- Security question: Please use the question “who do I owe”.
- Security answer: Please use “captaincash” (no capital or spaces).
Finally, you will be asked to select the account from which the transfer will be made. Once your e-Transfer is submitted, you’re all done!
